Pamela Bzdusek

I moved to Arizona in 1998 from Chicago and have enjoyed living here ever since. I am enlightened but the breathtaking mountain views, beautiful weather, and growth opportunities.

I have been married to my wonderful husband, Mike, for over 20 years. We have 4 great teenagers, Mike Jr, Joshua and Justin (identical twins) and Jaclyn that really have fulfilled our lives.

My philosophy for life is simple: Keep a positive attitude! You can accomplish your dreams if you set your mind to it, stay focused and work hard to overcome any challenges you face. I view challenges as learning experiences… you need them to grow and you feel even better when you overcome them.

I am an active participating member of National Association of Realtors (NAR), Arizona Association of Realtors (AAR) and Southeast Valley Region Association of Realtors (SEVRAR) boards. I strongly believe in continuing education thus go way above the requirement to maintain my license (standard 24 credit hours every 2 years) I plan for a minimum of 200 credit hours per year.

I will run a clean, organized, and efficient operation, and always adhere to the highest standards of integrity and ethical business practices. Most importantly, I listen! I take the time necessary to understand your specific needs and look to find the best solutions for you.

I do not believe in pressuring anyone, just friendly and professional service. I value relationship building by forming an open and honest foundation from the start. My clients' needs always come first. I will strive to always provide value far in excess of my clients’ expectations. My constant goal is mutual respect, and long term relationships that are beneficial to all parties.

I have one class left to graduate from Graduate Realtor Institute which will be completed in summer 2009.

I have over 4 years experience in mortgage servicing and escrow. I have over 10 years in Human Resources focusing on employee laws, coaching, data analysis and management and leadership development.
