I have been a full time Realtor for the past 25 years. I specialize in Residental Sales especially in the Anthem at Merrill Ranch Community in Florence, AZ. I am a Grandmother of 9, a Mother of 3 and the wife of the same husband for 48 years. We were the first to purchase our home in the area of Anthem where we live. I enjoy living in this fabulous community where we have a beautiful community center, pools, tennis, parks, shopping, a school - its like living in a resort.

I am a Certified Continuing Education Instructor in Arizona, was the managing Broker for Re/Max 2000 in Queen Creek, AZ, training director for Re/Max Alliance Group in Gilbert, Az. I hold the Graduate Real Estate Institute (GRI) e-Pro, Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and the Senior Residential Specialist (SRES) designations. I am a Certified Mentor for Brian Buffini. I have taken extensive classes in Short Sales and Foreclosures. I have listed and sold Short Sales, Foreclosures, 1031 Exchanges, New Homes - just about every phase of residental real estate. I am currently an Associate Broker with US Preferred Realty in Mesa, AZ.
