Fort Mohave, AZ. 86426 A subdivision of 131 home sites. Average length time of construction is 90 days. Directly responsible for supervision, coordination of all phases of construction to include, home plan selection, site plans, one time bonds, permitting, inspections, selection of materials and standards applied, site work, staking of pad and finished floor elevations and lot boundaries, underground work, sewer connection. Interview and hire laborers, sub-contractors and supervising all laborers, trades during all phases of construction for quality control, safety practices, coordinate and present for all building inspections from underground plumbing inspection to final inspection, to home buyer walk-thru inspection.
Responsible for scheduling, coordination, and follow up of customer service, and warrantee issues for home buyers to insure the highest level of customer service, and customer satisfaction.
Responsible for submission, successful approval of Final Plat for the Subdivision.
Responsible for preparation of application supporting documentation and coordination that led to the approval of ADEQ approval of Sanitary Facilities.
Responsible for successful submission, approval and acceptance of the sewer system of the subdivision by Arizona American Water Company.
Responsible for coordination, installation, selection and supervision of subcontractors, and quality control during the construction of all underground dry utilities through out the subdivision onsite and off site to include Natural Gas, telephone, electric facilities, telephone facilities, Cable Television facilities through out the subdivision to include onsite and off site facilities.
Responsible for successful approval and acceptance of subdivision’s telephone infrastructure, electric infrastructure.
Responsible for coordination, installation, selection and supervision of laborers, subcontractors, and quality control during the of construction of all roads to include grading, surveying, final grading, ABC, curb and gutter, storm drainage, and asphalt, as well as all testing of all concrete and asphalt, and coordination of county inspections.
Responsible for coordination, construction, selection and supervision of, laborers, subcontractors, quality control, and county inspections of more than 700 feet of retaining walls.
Completed all subdivision improvements resulting in the release of 1.3 million dollars held in trust by Mohave County pending the inspection and approval of all improvements.
Responsible for drafting and negotiating all contracts with suppliers vendors, subcontractors, and labor.
Responsible for establishing subdivision home owners association, CC&R’s, and member of the board of directors, as an officer of the association hold the post of Treasurer and Secretary.
