I've always considered "customer service" one of the most needed elements of any business, especially in our busy lives today. I love selling Real Estate as it gives me opportunity to meet such a variety of people and to feel accomplished at helping them with their Real Estate needs!
On a personal level, I am married and have 1 son and 1 daughter (both grown and on their own), and all together 5 grandchildren. My daughter is a Sheriff on Orange County Sheriffs Department and my son is a Graphic Artist. They both live in Orange County California. My Brother who lives in Riverside California was Officer of the year for Riverside County Police Department in 2004.
My husband and I moved to Lake Havasu City in 2002 and just love it here. We like to go to Glamis to get away from town now and then. Its so much fun to play in the sand dunes.
I am a licensed REALTOR® and a member of Lake Havasu City Association of REALTORS®, Arizona Association of REALTORS®, National Association of REALTORS®, and Lake Havasu Chapter of the Womens Council of REALTORS®.
I am also the Education Chairperson for the Lake Havasu Association of REALTORS® for 2006-2007 and have just been awarded the REALTOR® Distinguished Service award for 2006 by the Lake Havasu City Association of REALTORS®. Also, I have been accepted into the Master of Real Estate Society by the Arizona Association of REALTORS®.
I have also continued my education and have earned the following designations:
e-PRO - Certified Internet Professional
GRI - Graduate of the Real Estate Institute,
and my ABR - Accredited Buyers Representative.
I am currently working on my CRS - Certified Residential Specialist.
In todays market, you need someone who knows what they're doing and will work hard to get the job done. My knowledge of the real estate market, negotiating skills, and ability to listen to clients needs and desires keep me ahead of my competition.
I care about making a difference. I know people are trusting me to help them with one of the biggest decisions they'll make in their lifetime and that is something I take very seriously. My customers and clients stay loyal and refer friends & family to me because they know I will always do whatever it takes to make sure everything goes smoothly from beginning to end.
