Bob & Sherry Richards

Bob and Sherry are both native Arizonans and lifetime residents. Bob was born in Kingman, Arizona, and moved to Tempe after graduating from high school. Bob attended Arizona State University after graduating from high school. Bob fell in love with life in the big city and decided to make the Valley his permanent home.

Sherry was born in Phoenix, and has lived in the Valley her entire life. A graduate of Grand Canyon University, a Christian College in the heart of Phoenix, Sherry met Bob while working her way through school. They were married five years later, and now will be celebrating their fourteenth anniversary in April, 2007. They have three wonderful boys, ages 12, 9, and 7, and have called Anthem their home since 2001.

Bob enjoys spending time with his family and playing golf. With three growing boys, there is always a game of one on one basketball or catch to participate in. Sherry loves to spend time with her children and Bob, and enjoys decorating their home and gardening. They feel very blessed to be able to work together and to serve others.

Sherry prides herself on providing excellent client service, and attention to detail with each transaction. Her goal is to make her client's real estate experience a pleasant and rewarding one. With extensive experience working with top performing agents in the valley, Sherry has a wealth of experience to draw from, to serve her client's best interests. Sherry feels that communicating with her clients and making herself accessible to them throughout the transaction is of utmost importance. A native of Phoenix, Sherry has lived in the valley her entire life, and loves Arizona.

Bob has been a successful salesperson in the Valley of the Sun for 25 years. His dedication to service is evident by the number of returning clients he has represented. Bob has earned the respected designation of GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) as well as the e-PRO designation, which he uses to his clients' benefit in his comprehensive internet marketing plan. In January 2007, Bob was inducted into the Arizona Association of REALTORS® MRE Society (Master of Real Estate). He is committed to his profession and goes above and beyond the average agent by continuing his education and staying on top of trends in the market. Also a native Arizonan who has lived here his entire life, Bob knows and loves the Valley of the sun.
