Christy Walker

I am a full time residential real estate broker located in north Phoenix. My real estate experience includes office management, property management, leasing, and sales. I am also a member of Arizona Real Estate Investor's Association (AZREIA) and the Society for Financial Awareness (SOFA), a non-profit educational bureau. As one of the chapter's six offices, I host educational workshops on real estate to educate the public. I also own several rental properties in the Phoenix metro area and therefore have a first-hand knowledge about real estate investment and managment.

As a broker, it is my goal to assist you with your real estate needs by providing quality service with integrity. My team works diligently to assist buyers through the prequalification, searching, acquisition and closing phases of a purchase. We also work with sellers to market their properties effectively. I am a member of the National Association of Realtors, Arizona Association of Realtors, Phoenix Association of Realtors and the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council. I have obtained the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation and the e-Pro designation, which focuses on internet based commerce and technology tools to better serve clients quickly, efficiently and reduce costs.
