Steve Rook

Steve Rook has resided in the Phoenix and Chandler area with his wife and two daughters for thirteen years. In 2006, Steve was a multi-million dollar producer by representing buyers and sellers.

Prior to Steve’s career in real estate, he was a manager of International Paper in Portland, Oregon and Phoenix, Arizona. Steve’s multiple roles included accounting, budgeting, supervising people, project management, negotiating contracts, technology integration and daily problem solving. These roles prepared Steve in understanding how to meet myriad needs of people while accomplishing goals and objectives.

Steve began exploring real estate wealth-building strategies over twenty-five years ago by making use of tax laws and practicing sound financial planning. He has owned investment properties in Oregon and Arizona. Currently, he owns multiple rentals and lease-purchased properties in the Phoenix and Tucson markets. His rich background experiences enable him to serve as a great resource for those who are considering such ventures.

Steve has attained the ABR and GRI designations and recently has completed CBE, e-PRO and AHWD certifications.
