Now affiliated with Farrell Fine Homes, I began my Phoenix, Arizona real estate career in 1984. Since then, I have established a constant client base built on referrals from past clients and the respect of my colleagues. I’ve been a Phoenix resident since 1964 (that’s a native here) so I’m a natural when it comes to matching the right Phoenix or Scottsdale neighborhood to your interests and needs.

I have two passions in life: my family and real estate. Though balancing a career with being a “team mom”, I always make time to invest in my real estate education and helping other families settle into their perfect home. By taking a variety of continuing education courses, I have earned the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®) designation and the coveted GRI designation from the Graduate REALTOR® Institute- a mark of excellence in real estate. I have also earned the Internet Professional designation (e-PRO)and recently completed the Certified Residential Specialist designation (CRS). In addition, I recently obtained my broker's license.

I live and breathe real estate. I watch the market. I absorb all the news that could directly or indirectly affect the Phoenix real estate market. More importantly, I connect with my clients giving me the intuition and insight to provide the best service and advice available. In either the buyer’s or seller’s agent role, I consider my clients as my partners and if they don’t benefit, I haven’t done my job. They are counting on me to know my business. Their homes are an important investment and sometimes even fulfill a lifelong dream- so I take that very seriously.

Many agents have adopted a “team” approach to selling real estate where several associates work together trying to keep track of where a client is in the selling or buying process. But, hectic schedules and miscommunication often interfere in the process resulting in frustration on many levels. Personal attention cannot be maintained with several points of contact. I have the strength, dedication, and energy to handle your real estate needs on a one on one basis. Though this philosophy keeps me very busy, each one of my clients feels like my only client.
