My motivation for entering into real estate stems from my time in military service, in particular in the U.S. Army Recruiting Command. That experience caused me to realize how much I enjoy working with people in accomplishing their needs, goals and desires. I was a very successful recruiter and station commander during my tenure with the U.S. Army; this success has extended into the real estate profession by following my mission statement. My U.S. Army career started as an M-1 Abrams Tank Crewman and platoon sergeant, culminating as a Master Sergeant in the recruiting command with 22 years of service.
Family
My wife, Judy, and I have been married since 1983. We have three children, Ross, 29, Samantha, 25, and Nathan, 21. Ross is a graduate from Bowling Green University, serving with the U.S. Army Band at Ft. Bragg, NC. Samantha is a graduate of Alma College, Alma, MI. and is currently serving in the US Army as a 1st Lieutenant at Ft Lewis, WA. Our youngest son, Nathan, is currently living and working in Lansing, MI.
