Cindy Kingery

Cindy earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education from Northern Illinois University and an Associate Degree in Nursing from Elgin Community College. Cindy has been a licensed real estate agent for 37 years in three states and currently, as an Associate Broker, is a member of the West Maricopa County Regional Association of Realtors®, the Arizona Association of Realtors® and the National Association of Realtors®. Cindy is also a lifetime member of the Presidents Roundtable of WEMAR.
Cindy’s in-depth training includes special real estate courses such as Real Estate Law, Real Estate Principles, Real Estate Appraisal, Real Estate Practice, Real Estate Finance, Property Management, Real Estate Brokerage and Economics.

Cindy currently concentrates her real estate practice to the Sun Cities communities of Sun City, Sun City West, Sun City Grand and the areas in and around Surprise, AZ.
