Richard Allen

I was born and raised in the Los Angeles area. My wife is from Northern California, and we have two children and two grand children. We've lived in California, Oregon, and Washington. I Retired and moved to Sun Cith Grand and I am now enjoying my second career in real estate. I also enyoy golf, tennis, swimming, bridge, and pinochle.

I retired after 32 years working in sales for a large national company. My experience as a national accounts manager enables me to bring the sales and negotiating experience necessary to assist both buyers and sellers with the purchase or sale of a home. I have now been working a sucessful real estate career in Arizona since July of 2004

I received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from San Jose State University. I received my Arizona real estate license after completing my real estate course requirements from Eastford College. I am taking continuing education classes in real estate on a consistent basis. I joined the Windermere Real Estate team because of their superior technology and "team" concept dealing with home sales.
