I entered the real estate business in Little Rock, Arkansas in 1978 after leaving the teaching and coaching. I started in real estate by going to work for my father-in-law as a commercial assistance. After 4 years of sales expeience, I passed the exam for my brokers license and started specializing in residential sales. For over 20 years I have been either a Sales Manager, Managing Broker, or Broker Owner. I have managed and trained many of the top real estate agent in central Arkansas. In 1994 my partner Jerry Hill and I started The Armstrong Team, REALTORS. After 8 years as an independent we joined ERA in 2002. Our company services all of Central Arkansas including Little Rock, Maumelle, North Little Rock, Sherwood, Jacksonville, Bryant and Benton. ERA Armstrong Team has offices in Little Rock, North Little Rock, and Maumelle.
