I became aLicensed Real Estate Broker in1979. Moved to the Aguanga, Anza area. Working with a Major Developer, I assisted and managed the Sub-Division process of 22,000 acres. Giving me a world of knowledge of the workings of Riverside County Planning Depts. and Parcel Map and Tract Map process. Once the parcels were available to re-sell to user buyers.
I got a great deal of satisfaction thru the years working with clients, coming to this area, to find their "American Dream" owning their own home, not just a residential tract home but, a 2 1/2acre and up. property, starting with drilling their own wells, choosing, just where to place that dream home, Viewing the wonderful sunsets, the clear night skies. The wildflowers, during the Spring and the four seasons, thru-out the year.

I enjoy living in a country like setting, seeing livestock in the pastures as I drive around my marketing area. My hobbies are gardening, especially Hybrid Irises and Roses. I raise Limousin Beef Cattle & Horses, and have a good understanding of the needs of Buyer's wanting to raise and enjoy those types of animals.
