Dennis was raised here in the Big Bear Valley and has a genuine knowledge of the Mountain communities. Licensed for over 5 years and has earned multiple awards and acknowledgments for his sales success. Terri was born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida and relocated to Southern
California in 1988. Terri has a background in ALL areas of Real Estate:
Conventional and Construction Loan processing, Escrow, Title Insurance and Sales. With knowledge in nearly every aspect of the real estate industry, she can better serve her clients and customers. Terri has been a Realtor since 1992 and has consistently earned top producer awards year after year. Terri held the record for the highest residential sale in Big Bear History for 8 years.
