Dee Manning

Dee is licensed as a Broker by the California Department of Real Estate. A Broker license requires far more training and education than a Salesperson license. Prior to her real estate career, Dee spent 25 years as a Computer Systems Programmer on large IBM Systems, including 10 years as a Systems Manager with a staff of approximately 20 Network, Systems, and Telecommunications Analysts and Programmers. Dee has a Bachelor of Science degree, and has attended graduate school. Years of writing complex computer systems programs has trained Dee to pay attention to every detail – if a program is only 99% right, it often doesn’t run at all. Years of managing a team of professionals has trained Dee to manage the complex transaction of selling your home, and coordinating all the services necessary to help ensure a successful and timely closing. Dee has been called upon by agents with decades of experience to help them with complex real estate contract problems, and, in addition to her own workload, has been assigned by RE/MAX to act as mentor and teacher to two new agents in her office.
