John Occhi

John is an accomplished REO REALTOR® earning the respect of his piers and clients alike, for smooth transactions and satisfied parties.

A REALTOR since 2004, John has quickly excelled with the extensive training he received from some of the biggest players in the industry including Tarbell, Century 21 and Keller Williams. John is constantly seeking to improve his performance with advanced training is various fields of real estate.

In 2007, John was approached as a leader in his local market by a national Asset Manager, to list bank owned REO properties. Since then John built a team of 3 REALTORS® and two admin staff members and handeled over 50 REO properties at any given time - maintining a minimum of 20% in escrow and another 20% filling the pipeline with a pre-marketing inventory to sustain his ever growing business.

In May, 2008 John left the small boutiqe environment to open the Inland Empire market for a major national franchise - Century 21 Crest - consistently in the top 1% of all Century 21 offices nation wide. CrestREO has already sold over One Billion Dollars in REO Listings and is now ready to expand into the Inland Empire, with John taking a front seat position assisting in the driving of the growth.
