Ed Layug

Biography:
Ed A. Layug has a degree in Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, major in Accounting. A Certified Public Accountant. Ed started his career as a Money Market trader with the largest asian trust bank in the Philippines, Far East Bank & trust company. He then moved to become the Controller through the invitation of the President of Commodity Trading Company Inc. for three years. After his employment experiences, he decided to move to the next level by becoming an enterpreneur. He established a trading company an import and export company and migrated to Los Angeles, California in 1981through 1987. In the year 1988, Ed ventured in a franchise by purchasing Postal Annex Plus, a retail business & copy center. A very successful operation, Ed diverted the retained earnings to real Estate in 1995. He join then Coldwell Banker and GMAC.
Ed is determined to become the finest Realtor and Business Broker.

Recently, Ed went through seminars and the required education in foreclosure.
He had help a number of clientele in their pre-foreclosure process and his success rate is excellent.

Ed is also proud to be among the top producer with an award as the 2nd ranking realtor in 2005 & 2006.
