I work with investors and locate properties for the purpose of investing (land, income property and "fixers"), and I also work with people who are looking to buy or sell their home. The housing prices here in California (southern California especially) are fueled by the fact that thousands of people move here each month, driving the demand for more housing, which is good for builders, developers, investors and the average person wanting to buy or sell their home.
