She is an active REO listing agent for Wells Fargo Bank and American Home Mortgage. She offers the market evaluation and BPO for REO based on today's market conditions, as a Certified Default Services Professional (CDSP). Today Realty and Investments has been serving Orange County Real Estate for past 25 years and sold hundreds of REO properties for banks in 1990’s and once again is offering BPO’s to asset management companies and banks and selling REO and short sale properties. Namneet graduated for USC School of Medicine Los Angeles Primary Care Physician Assistant Program in 1993 receiving an academic achieving award. She also have a Masters Degree in Science. Namneet started her real estate career in 1994 with the purchase of their second house and as an investor bought and sold multiple properties.

She also offers loan and financial services if buyer needs those.
