As I sit down to write about my experience dealing with Maria Gomez I don't really know where to begin. We've known each other a short time but it seems like we are old friends. It is a bond that began during a real estate transaction but it grew and that's because of the person Maria is.

We worked with Maria in the purchase of our home in Fullerton.
We started our search for a home in Hancock Park, but after several months a job change forced us to change our housing search to North Orange County. We thought that Maria would no longer be interested in representing us, since Orange County is so far away from her home office.
When we told Maria that we were going to start looking for a home in North Orange County, she told us that she was still very interested in working with us. She immediately began researching our target area, finding listings and setting appointments for us to see numerous homes. Shortly after we began our housing search in Orange County, Maria found us a beautiful home in Fullerton at an excellent price.
We also work with Maria in the purchase of a 7 unit apartment building in Whittier. The which she had sold for us, as we;; as our single family home when we relocated out of State. In the past, I have worked with a few real estate brokers, and never felt satisfied with the process of selling

My wife Linda and I cannot thank Maria C. Gomez enough for all the help she gave us in purchasing our home. Our recent relocation from New York was difficult, but Maria made the 'home buying' part much easier than I anticipated. I especially appreciated the extra time she spent with me on the initial house-hunting trip. My tight schedule made things difficult but she worked with me to arrange a great many house showings in a very short time.
All the while we were looking, I felt comfortable and not a bit pressured as Maria helped me get a good feel for the different types of properties that were available. Her extensive experience and knowledge of the area was obvious. Even after our purchase offer was accepted, the extra effort Maria put into her training showed, as the entire escrow process went smoothly with her advice and guidance.
