Monarch Beach is like living in heaven. I have lived on the Strand for over 10 years enjoying the beautiful beaches with the ocean practically in my back yard. Being a Realtor(R) for over 23 years has afforded me the luxury of choosing where I want to live and Monarch Beach is the place. I continue to work with my client base and referrals but always looking for new real estate relationships. Being a trainer and consultant I know ways to help with foreclosure issues, short sales and other issues in a challenging market.

My contributions to the real estate industry include 2008 President of the Inland Valleys Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors' Director, 2008 Vice-Chair of the California Association of Realtors Risk Management Committee, 2009 Vice-Chair of the Professional Development Committee for both the California Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. A member of the Womens Council of Realtors(R) Inland Valley Chapter Parlimentarian and Annual Spring Tea Chair.

Received my real estate sales license in 1984, prior to that I founded Arroyo Escrow Corp and managed various escrow companies. I obtained my Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from California Baptist University and my Master's Degree from University of La Vern.

I held the position of Associate Professor for 4 years with California Baptist University teaching business courses along with acting as off campus Site Director for two of their high dessert campuses. From 1997 to 2007 I managed three large franchise real estate offices and for the past two years I have been training Realtors(R) and building my sales business. I am presently working with REO, short sales, Senior Citizens, as well as my referral business and past cliens. I hope you will let me assist you with your real estate needs.
