I am a native Californian, Born in Hollywood California. I attended Lawndale High School and went to El Camino College where I earned a degree.

I have been in the "people" business most of my life and take great pride in making the process of Real Estate smooth and stress free for my clients.

Besides assisting home buyers and sellers, my passion is collecting and restoring Corvair automobiles. I currently have a 1965 Corvair Corsa Convertible which I drive and use daily in my business

Ask your agent how many times he or she took the State Real Estate Exam ( if they will tell you ) I passed the first time. I say this because according to the State of Calif. up to 80% fail the First Time. When I took the State of California Exam for Notary Public Again I was told the same number fail on there first attempt. Again I passed the first time in the 90 percentile. I tell you this because I take this business and your business seriously. I have and will invest the time so you do not have to. Currently I have the E-Pro Designation from The National Association of Realtors and the CGRN Relocation Expert Designation from Century 21.
