Profile
Tricia grew up the second oldest in a family of four. Her father was a U.S. Naval Commander and her Mother a High School Teacher. As a recent 'empty nester" she's enjoying her hillside home in Petaluma along with her loving husband of 22 years and has never been more excited or enthusiastic to counsel people in their Real Estate transactions.

Brief History: After attending UCLA, she gravitated towards Sales and Marketing and opened a successful retail business in Newport Beach, California. However, if you were to ask her, she would tell you that her her most meaningful personal success was 'motherhood' which compelled her to sell her business and focus full time on raising her daughter. Being there for her family was a true blessing which soon led to an exciting equestrian Hunter/Jumper lifestyle which spanned 11 years.

Other interests: Painting with pastels and watercolor, singing in the Wings of Glory Petaluma Choir, Fine Wines and Gourmet Cooking,

Community
Her community service includes: Ronald McDonald House, Interchange Freedom Initiative, Sutter Hospital, Salvation Army, New Missions, Family Connection of Santa Rosa (COTS), and Petaluma Arts Association, Petaluma Valley Rotary

Owning a home is the very embodiment of the America Dream and an experience everyone should strive for.
