Gary Gracia

Born and raised on the Central Coast in Arroyo Grande, I'm the 4th generation to live on my Great Grandpa's Arroyo Grande farm.

I was honored as the Pismo Coast Realtor Association's Realtor of the Year in 2000 and Sunset Properties' 1996 cooperating agent of the year. My colleagues have trusted me to serve on the Professional Standards, Member Services and Regional MLS committees, the local Realtor board of directors. In 2008, I'll serve on the state Realtor board of directors and two state committees.

My California real estate license is broker level, not just salesperson; While many Realtors have only a salesperson's license, a salesperson is not allowed to practice real etate unless supervised and employed by a licensed broker.

After meeting stringent requirements, I've also been awarded both the Certified Residential Specialist and the Accredited Buyer's Representative designations by the National Association of Realtors.

I pursued every one of those avenues just to be of more value to you in your real estate transactions and I look forward to working with you.
