De Wayne is a 2nd Generation Realtor. He has been exposed to the Real Estate Industry since he was a child. Brokers, Agents, Loan Reps, Title Reps,and Escrow Officers all have visited the Mortensen Home at one time or another. Their Influence has shaped his view of Real Estate to its highest level of Professionalism.
He is a Father of Two and a Community Leader. His past volunteer work has included Church, Cub Scouts, Boy Scouts, Soccer, Baseball, and Softball Coaching. He spent time as a Fund Raising Volunteer and Council Member for the International Order of Job’s Daughters.
De Wayne Currently Hold a College Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Small Business Management.
He continues to Advance his Real Estate Knowledge in the complicated areas of Real Estate Contracts and Real Estate Law.
He is an 8 year Veteran of the U.S. Navy. He was attached to Tactical Air Control Squadron 1294. He was promoted to “Instructor” after having successfully completing Instructor Basic Training. He was awarded and Honorable Discharge in 1993 after having received Awards for Meritorious Wartime Service and Meritorious Reserve Service.
