The combination of an accurate Competitive Market Analysis, a precise property evaluation, and a well executed marketing plan will help you price your property realistically in order to attract the potential buyer.
Inspections that ease the sale:
Before going on the market, the inspections help plan our pricing strategy. The results will give you a better understanding of conditions which may be discovered by the buyer's inspector, and an opportunity to make repairs that will put the house in better selling condition. Some of the inspections to be considered are pest, property and roof inspections. Other documents are the Seller Disclosures, Earthquake and Flood Hazard Zones, State Fire Responsibility Areas, Landslide Inventory Report, Liquefaction Susceptibility Determination, Flood and Inundation Hazards, Megan’s Law, Tree disclosure.
