Through the years I have assisted some of the most successful Brokers and power teams in assuring that their clients received the best care and that their transactions were smooth. Through the years I have managed, trained and consulted in Corporate America helping employees learn and understand Exceptional Customer Service as well as Quality Assurance. With an ISO 9000 implementation and auditing background – I know how to develop systems that create and ensure a predictable experience. Legal and Regulatory positions have allowed me to be diligent in knowing contracts and disclosures as well as to research pertinent information regarding your home and area. My marketing and communications experience has given me the ability to know and pursue the best possible approach and plan to aggressively promote your home to others.
