Larry Nease

The owner of Terra Property Management Services (Terra) is Larry Nease who has over 30 years experience in residential and commercial real estate. During his career Larry has worked for companies such as Intel, Sumitomo Life (N.Y.), Inc., Distinctive Financial and Century 21. He is a recognized expert in the real estate industry and has been a featured speaker on various radio programs.

Larry has also been a part-time instructor with UCLA since 1984. During his teaching career, he has taught over 3,000 students in courses such as Investment Analysis, Real Estate Principles and Real Estate Practice.

Terra was started by Larry Nease in 2001 as a company that specializes in the leasing and management of residential properties. Since that time the company has expanded to include a residential brokerage division and also provides many products for large financial institutions.
