My prior experience in education, market research as well as marketing has served me well in real estate. Since becoming a real estate broker in 1996, I have received numerous buyer sales and home listing awards, including top agent. During my very first year in real estate I earned recognition as a GRI or Graduate, REALTOR Institute.

My service to you is enhanced by a strong commitment to customer service and a strong commitment to my profession. I maintain my cutting edge approach by spending additional hours on continuing education every year, and I have achieved the designations displayed on this web site.

It is with pride that I accepted the 2006 Distinguished Service Award from the Colorado Association of REALTORS for my efforts on behalf of REALTOR continuing education as well as launching the Colorado REALTORS for Education grant program. My professional colleagues selected me as the 2003 REALTOR of the Year for the Boulder market area, and I have served as the 2002 President of the Boulder Area REALTOR Association.

Each distinction has provided my clients with a national as well as a global perspective on real estate trends and investments. I hold the designation of CIPS or Certified International Property Specialist.
