I spent as much time as possible in the Cortez and Dolores area while I was growing up - on vacation with aunts, uncles and cousins. I finally moved here in 1991 and now live in Dolores, enjoying the beauty of this SW corner of the state. You will find that I am an enthusiastic advocate of the diverse opportunities that exist in our region of the country. This is a mecca for recreational activities (skiing, fishing, boating, ATV & snowmobile, hiking, biking and much more......), historical discoveries (Crow Canyon Archaeological Center, Mesa Verde National Park, Anasazi Heritage Center...), big-game hunting, beautiful scenery and natural environment. Our area is one of the top destinations in the country for outdoor enthusiasts. I've taken advantage of our McPhee reservoir and National Forest by organizing and sponsoring two different Tri IT events that include kayak, running and biking through our scenic trail systems and town park.

In addition to real estate, my experience includes small business management with a focus on personal services, client loyalty and satisfaction. RE/MAX welcomed me in September 2003, providing excellent guidance and professional support. Affiliation with Powell & Associates, Inc. and IBBA as a Business Broker Agent has provided valuable training plus experience in the sale and marketing specifically of businesses. My experience as a Realtor includes the sale of residential and commercial properties, vacant land, Farm & Ranch, vacation homes and business opportunities.
