I'm a city gal who came to the 4-Corners, SW Colorado for the peace, wildlife, no traffic, blue skies with plenty of sunshine. Being a Ocean/Coastal sailing person I found the San Juan National Forest & reservoirs to be a good replacement. McPhee Reservoir is the 2nd largest reservoir in Colorado with a shoreline of 50 miles. Life is good! I'm also a beekeeper working with many types of fruit trees & clovers in the high country. There is plenty of hunting, hiking, snow skiing, shoeing, etc. Swimming, boating & fishing in the area. There is the Millon-Dollar-Highway to cruise. Wonderful activies.
There are a lot of people coming into this area and I'm Happy and look forward to helping people with finding just the right properties & homes.
