Erin Dellaporta

Originally from Philadelphia, Erin came to Colorado in 1993 and has spent the last 16 years in resort communities. She has built an extensive knowledge of the Resort Market. This knowledge and experience is key in today's Real Estate climate.

Erin feels lucky to live and work in a place that people call paradise. She sees the opportunity to be part of this growing community as a great one - as is the opportunity to help guests and visitors become locals!!

Erin's primary focus, throughout her career in Real Estate, has been resort and resort driven properties. She spent several years in the exciting and dynamic Vail market prior to relocationg to Crested Butte 4 years ago. This background in high end real estate prepared her well to enter the Crested Butte market at a time of such great change, when the area is looking strongly toward the future.

She has consistently been the top producer at her firm both here in Crested Butte and in Vail. Her experience includes everything from small mountain condos to grand single family homes, vacant land parcels both large and small, existing properties to new construction and development.

Always pursuing further education, Erin is a certified E-pro, 1031 Tax Deferred Exchange Specialist, Resort and Second Home Property Specialist Certification and Crested Butte's only NAR Green Designee.

She is the past chair and member of the MLS commitee for the Gunnison Country Association of Realtors, member of the Colorado Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
