She has achieved the distinction of Top Producer for ABWR since 2003, closing tens of millions of dollars in business transactions. Tricia also excels in working with first time home buyers, HUDs, foreclosures and REO properties. Tricia has been a landlord since 1991 and has extensive experience in managing rental properties. Tricia has a Bachelor of Business degree from the University of Northern Colorado and a Master of Arts from the University of Northern Colorado. She also hold the professional designations of Certified Project Manager, Certified Residential Specialist, and is a Graduate of the Realtor Institute.

The other half of the REInvest Group, Bart is a retired Business Systems Consultant who, after completing our Real Estate Investing classes, successfully applied the techniques learned to control a sizable portfolio of properties in Highlands Ranch, Fort Morgan, Las Vegas and Florida. His market specialties are the northern metro market as well as Highlands Ranch. Bart has routinely applied his technical skills in the pursuit of investor solutions using our proprietary analytical techniques. Besides serving as resident "geek", he is pursuing another specialty in real estate - Resort & Second Home Markets Certification (RSPS).
