Trevor Sholders, GRI

I have been working with Buyers and Sellers since January 2001, always at the top of my office in sales volume and listings sold. I have been part of Leadership Committees in my offices as well as a trainer for new agents coming into the business. I also managed a busy real estate office from 1997 to 1998, helping it double in volume of both sales as well as associates.

I am a Graduate of the Realty Institute and have undergone many training courses in title, foreclosures and investments. I am also proud to say I work very well with first time homebuyers and sellers, and pride myself in the ablility to adequately prepare people for the process well beforehand.

I have also been a mentor for 5 years, training newer agents coming into the business. I have a fully comprehensive Buyers and Sellers guide that I have drafted and enjoy sharing with anyone who is interested, including clients and other agents in the business.
