My first full year as a Broker/Associate, I achieved 3.1 million in volume sales and my second year I achieved 6.6 million in volume sales. This outstanding sales record was a result of a goal I set for myself when I entered the real estate market in 2004. Today, I continue to strive for excellence and to excel forward from the point of that first goal.
Frequently my customers find me because of a referral from their friend, family member or co-worker. I pride myself of on my excellent reputation and find no better compliment to my customer service skills then to know I was referred by a previous customer. I enjoy communicating with people and drafting a plan tailored specifically to their needs. After listening to each customer’s expectations, necessities and requirements I put together their plan—unlike any other, that satisfies them and meets their standards. Buying or selling a home is a large investment and I take it seriously. Don’t be fooled though, I do have a sense of humor and keep the buying or selling mood light with an overall positive experience for everyone. Throughout the year, I take Continuing Education Courses to maintain a good standing in regards to my real estate license and to always better myself through further learning opportunities. Continuing Education Courses also allow me to work with my colleagues in a format outside of the normal working field. In addition, I am able to network with local Realtors, which results in stronger relationships to benefit all our customers.
I live in Fruita, CO and love the atmosphere of a small town while living close to the amenities a larger city offers. I also graduated high school in the valley and chose to stay in this area to develop my career. I think selling property in the community that I love makes my job easier because it isn’t work to share the pride and joy of my lifestyle and my reasons for living here, it comes naturally.
