I grew up in the Pinecrest Area of Miami. I attended the University of South Florida at Tampa, Florida and the University of Miami. After finishing school I came down to the Keys and lived on a sailboat until I found my home on William St. in Key West.I first became a Licensed Real Estate Agent in 1979. At that time I worked with International Buyers who wanted to purchase property in Florida. I was responsible for finding them a home, making offers for them, decorating the home and anything else to make their buying experience smooth and efficient. Along with being in real estate, I owned and operated a popular clothing store in Key West called Onyin Skins. The store featured my designs that I manufactured. Many celebrities shopped at the store which was a fun gathering place. In 1990 I retired (for the first time), opened a jewelry manufacturing business in the Dominican Republic sold it(retired again) had retail relapse and then opened an arts co-op. After the third retirement I retired from retirement and went back into Real Estate full time. When I am not working, I love to ride my bike, play golf (hacker), read, tennis, paint, horseback ride, travel, decorate and fix up Victorian houses.I'll never quit selling real estate it is far too much fun. I love putting buyers and seller together and making them both happy. I also love working with first time home buyers. Helping a person buy their first home is very, very rewarding. I really love all aspects of real estate, but I guess what I love most about real estate are the people. In 1995 I met the love of my life, Kelton Skipper, a Coloradan, married him and embraced Colorado as my second home. In 1998 I became a Colorado Broker …..And as they say, “The Rest is History”. I now reside in Palisade Colorado. I am on the Town Planning Commission and very active in the Chamber of Commerce.
