I founded the political consulting firm Mendez and Associates in 1983, which would later become Mendez, Steadman & Associates in 2001. With over 20 years of experience I was considered one of the key lobbyists at the legislature with a reputation for honesty, integrity and tenacity. These qualities are also important in the Real Estate Business. I was recognized as one of the top ten lobbyists in the state of Colorado and have been featured in several Denver Post articles focusing on “Influential Women in Colorado”. Since retiring from politics and relocating to pueblo, I enjoy spending time with my husband, when he has days off. I also enjoy spending quality time with my 4 children and 5 grandchildren. When I have a few moments to myself I enjoy reading a good book.
I pride myself on taking an interest in my clients needs and helping them to get the most out of their home buying or selling experience. I will utilize the latest trends in marking and technology to assist with finding a home for you, or attracting buyers for your home.
