Margie Callahan

Margie Callahan has lived in the Colorado mountains for most of her life, although she has always spent a lot of time in the city of Denver. A student of economics and once upon a time a stockbroker, her favorite hobby has been participating in the real estate markets in ski resorts. Callahan says "If anyone tells you they know where it's going in the short term, they're lying. In the long term, securities and real estate always go up; sometimes you wait a long time, other times it happens so quickly you miss out. The luckiest are those who are in it for the long term." Because she has been fortunate to have made money in Crested Butte and Vail real estate, she firmly believes in her copyrighted slogan, which heeds: "You missed Aspen; You missed Vail; Don't miss the 'Boat!"
