LIcensed as a Colordo Mortgage Broker in order to expedite transactions for both buyers and sellers and eliminate the "middle man" in acquiring funding to finance real estate transactions. Mark Sawyer is also a builder of fine custom homes and has wroked as a project manager in the past for a number of builders. His expertise in this area is invaluable when evaluating the structural elements of a home being considered for purchase or in the assessement of repairs needed to an existing home prior to sale. Over the years, Mark Sawyer has completed a wide array of sales, marketing and business training programs that enable him to quickly and accurately analyze almost any situation that may arise in order to assure his clients' success.
