Whether acting as a listing or buying agent, I always look out for the best interests of my client. When selling a property, I analyze the market to determine the appropriate market price and then embark on an aggressive marketing campaign to get the property sold expeditiously. When assisting a buyer, I spare no effort to locate his/her dream house within the allocated time, assisting with advice concerning financing, inspection, etc. and try to negotiate a realistic price and advantageous terms. Moreover, having lived in many foreign countries and moved extensively, I am an expert in relocating.
