As a 5th generation Floridian I know the area well. I’ve lived in Georgia, Tennessee and Ohio making corporate as well as personal moves so I know what you experience in these situations. Before I obtained my real estate license in Ohio I had been involved in 8 closings. Selling property in a market with double digit interest rates taught me creative methods to solve my clients’ real estate problems.

My knowledge transferred and was expanded in my career as an Estate Accountant with a large law firm in Ohio. I managed estates and trusts of all sizes and prepared estate, fiduciary and personal income tax returns. I became an Enrolled Agent which allowed me to represent the public to the IRS through the appeals process. I moved from the law firm to the trust department of a regional bank as a Trust Officer.

The entrpreneurial spirit hit again and I opened my own business as a freelance probate paralegal and enrolled agent. After almost 20 years of working with attorneys, accountants and the public, I was able to return home to Florida and back to my first love - real estate.

My husband and I live in Belleair Beach, in the condominium that had been our second home. I serve on the board of the association as president and am well acquainted with the joys and challenges of condominium life.
