Joe Pacheco

I am a Floridian; that’s right, I was born here in Florida. I am originally from the Hollywood-Fort Lauderdale area. I moved to the Pinellas-Pasco area in the 70’s. I had worked for the local electric company for 20 years as a lineman. As a lineman, I have worked with developers and contractors, and most of all the homeowners. I have really watched these areas grow up from being orange groves and pasture land to what it is now.

In early 1998, I went back to school for my Real-Estate and Mortgage Broker licenses. I am also Certified in Short-Sales, to negotiate with Banks and Lenders. I am also the owner of a Mortgage Company here in Clearwater since 1998. Where my staff and I have worked hard to get clients and friends into the homes they wanted and deserved.

As a Realtor, I have always made a commitment to work hard for all of my clients no matter what the obstacles are. I have always made it a point to stay in touch with all of my clients throughout their Buying or Selling process, and beyond. And it doesn’t stop there. I will always be there in the future for any questions that may come up about there Real Estate or Mortgage needs

1978 - 1982: Started working for my Assoc. in Business and Business Law
1998: Real-Estate and Mortgage Broker licenses.
1998 to the present; Owner and President of Mortgage Central Corp.
1990: Completed the Florida Real Estate Brokers Course
2007: Have completed courses for Commercial Real Estate-CCIM
2007: Certified in Short-Sales, to negotiate with Banks and Lenders.
