Rhonda Leschanz was a REALTOR for many years when she found that EXIT was a company that truly lives by the Golden Rule. EXIT, now the 5th largest franchise on the North American Continent was founded just 11-years ago. It is the fastest growing real estate franchise in history.

Rhonda summons the help of her best friend and fellow REALTOR Debra Oberlin to bring the first EXIT Realty franchise to Gainesville in 2006. From there Rhonda and Debra have added 34-REALTORS, a Commercial Division, Builder's Division and with the help of Debra Martin-Back the Property Management Division.

When asked how they became so successful so fast? They each responded, "It's the people with whom we choose to associate. We have the best REALTORS, administrative staff and clients!" At EXIT it truly is about putting people first.
