Sixto Espejo

Sixto is married to Angelita Alcaraz Espejo for 23 years and the proud father of two boys. Before relocating to Jacksonville, Florida in 1993, Sixto's family lived in New York City where their first born son, Jonathan was born in 1987. In 1995, Sixto and Angelita were blessed with their second son Joseph. Both of their sons attended local schools including Sabal Palm Elementary, Abess Park Elementary, Landmark Middle School, Mandarin High School, Paxon School for Advanced Studies (High School) and University of Florida. Sixto's family attend a Bible teaching Church and they are a regular Volunteer serving the poor, elderly, and disadvantaged children.

Sixto is a homeowner for more than a decade and have been fortunate to observe the local Jacksonville market since 1993. In addition, he had the opportunity to work with a local mortgage company as a mortgage collector and as a mortgage originator.

As a Realtor, Sixto is very comfortable helping buyers of residential properties for rental and investment purpose. He can also relate to first time home buyers remembering the fear and excitement when he bought their first home in 1985.

As a Property Manager, Sixto desires to help out of town and local landlords, maximize their use of their properties by minimizing vacancy, by matching the right tenant for their property, responding promptly to repair and maintenance issues, and advising owners with the current rental and sales market.
