Beverly Beske

I have lived in Florida since 1971. I resided in Tequesta, Fl. until 1975 when I moved to the Orlando area because of the better school systems in Florida at that time. In Orlando I first worked for the Orlando Area Chamber of Commerce as Executive Secretary to the Vice President. A few years later I went into real estate and in 1977 opened my first office in the Altamonte Springs, Fl. area. Then in 1983 I opened an office in St. Augustine, Fl. and also a Steak & Seafood Restaurant which I sold 9 yrs. later after working 20 hrs. a day, 7 days a week. I returned to the Orlando area where I worked for a builder for 5 years and by that time the children were out of the house and I moved back where I had lived before in Tequesta/N. Palm Beach area and remained there until 2005. In 2004 Hurricanes Jeanne & Francis hit my residence and after 6 mos. of cleaning up I decided to leave the area and move where I had family. And that is what lead me to this area.

Beverly Beske, Broker Associate, began her career in Real Estate in 1971 opening up her own Brokerage office in 1977 with offices in Altamonte Springs, St. Augustine, and North Park Beach, Fl.

She has extensive knowledge in both residential and commercial real estate, with hands on experience and knowledge of the construction of new homes and condos having built several homes herself, remodeled many condos and homes, remodeled and operated a Steak & Seafood Restaurant for 9 yrs. in St. Augustine, remodeled and operated a motel in Lake Tahoe, California, and owned and operated a driving range in Sanford, Fl. at the Sanford/Orlando Airport.
