Bringing together satisfied buyers and sellers is my full-time passion and experience. I work with residential and commercial sales in the Pinellas County area, primarily south of East/West Bay. I use an aggressive 30-day marketing program and personally provide the following services: 1) send out 200 color postcards with pictures to neighbors announcing a new listing; 2) set up a virtual tour of the home on line; 3)stage as many effective open house events with personal invitations as needed until the home sells, 4) enroll client in an internet program called “Listing Book” which will provide daily feedback on viewing activity and updates on competition in the area, 5) include property on my personal website; 6) stage the home for best showing; 7) provide a toll-free number for each listing which captures all potential leads; 8) ensure maximum property exposure with as many pictures as allowed on MLS, enhanced Realtor.com, and Century21Online.com.
When not selling homes I enjoy working out at Gold's Gym, Zumba, tennis, volleyball, biking on the Pinellas Trail, and swimming in the warm Gulf of Mexico waters. Pinellas Park has been my home for more than 25 years and I can't think of a better place to live, work and play.
Retirement from the Veterans Administration after 34 years preceded my real estate career. In that life, I was a counselor, supervisor and decision maker on veterans' disability claims. I worked closely with the VA Loan Guaranty Department and became very familiar with all range of veterans benefits and interpreting Federal laws and regulations. This career and technical knowledge is a valuable asset in negotiation skills, working with a wide variety of people and protecting rights and privacy of buyers and sellers.
In my first year of real estate, I successfully completed the Graduate Realtor Institute requirements for specialized designation. Currently, I'm pursuing the e-Pro designation course to become as proficient as possible in use of the internet which is a dynamic force in real estate.
