Ex Educator & Administrator, have been in the business since 1994 with a 4 year absence pursuing other venues. Missed the challenge of the hunt for prospects and listings, always had people calling me for homes and realized I left a good impression for people and the referrrals I was missing. Decided to come back and pursue it full time again. Stilll have one son in High School, one married and one going to college so I need the money. My wife is a nurse for over 30 years and is one of the best there is. Not because I said so it is because she is always getting calls from other employers that want her .

Qualifications, right now do not have any designations, and never felt I needed them. I think they are nice, but with my back ground not only in experiences of construction, inspection, and the years I have dealt with real estate, some with designations are only book taught and have no practical experience. Practical experience beats book learning anytime in any business or profession.
My greatest qualification, the ability to find what a person or family needs, wants and desires. They must make the ultimate decision by themsleves. We are not here to push them just to make a sale that maybe wrong for them. We are not here to make a quick buck and get bored with what we do. I am a professional in everthing I do and I wish the ones that have come into this business because they were bored at home or just wanted to give it a try would please leave. Leave the profession to those that have to make a living to provide for there families. This is not a parttime job.
