I, William Echevarria, have over 19 years of professional environmental experience in the areas of concrete strength testing, soil and water collections, asbestos and lead survey, risk assessment, inspection, abatement project supervision, mold assessment and H&S. My responsibilities have included the collections of these samples and data input of results. Additionally I have performed pre-construction walk thru, prepared work plans, asbestos O&M program development monitoring and sampling of airborne asbestos fibers to the generating of the final report.
I have completed all of the required courses to work as a qualified Asbestos Project Manager, Supervisor, Designer, Inspector and Trainer in the State of Florida, and I hold certificates in Lead Risk Assessment, Inspector, Supervisor of Abatement Projects and Mold risk assessor.

Managed and supervised a 4.9 million asbestos abatement project over a 2 year contract. The collection of air samples and analysis. Attend bi-weekly construction meeting and give update project condition. Perform data entry and preparation of final reports.

STARBUCKS. Mold assessment inspection, property remediation on water damage property, collecting of air samples, moisture, relative humidity and temperature readings. Data entries and report preparation.
FEMA. Managed a Disaster Relief Center at Port Arthur, Texas and Broward County, Florida. Manager of a disaster relief center with eight employees under my supervision. I hired and trained individuals for center set up, data entry and provided basic services to disaster victims. Scheduled work under substandard conditions set up satellite connection for internet use for FEMA personal work stations, provide public relations between victims and various local governmental entities.
