I, William Echevarria, have over 19 years of professional environmental experience in the areas of concrete strength testing, soil and water collections, asbestos and lead survey, risk assessment, inspection, abatement project supervision, mold assessment and H&S. My responsibilities have included the collections of these samples and data input of results. Additionally I have performed pre-construction walk thru, prepared work plans, asbestos O&M program development monitoring and sampling of airborne asbestos fibers to the generating of the final report.
I have completed all of the required courses to work as a qualified Asbestos Project Manager, Supervisor, Designer, Inspector and Trainer in the State of Florida, and I hold certificates in Lead Risk Assessment, Inspector, Supervisor of Abatement Projects and Mold risk assessor.
