Growing up on the south coast of England about an hour from London "LivingNFlorida" was always a dream, and one I never thought would come true. However an opportunity arose with a work transfer and my wife, daughter and myself moved to Orlando just 45 minutes from the magical world of Disney.
We bought a new home using the services of a local REALTOR, who never listened to anything we requested and was always frustrated that we felt the need to ask questions and expected answers, I knew I could do so much better having spent fifteen years in customer services management roles within International Satellite Broadcast companies and as they say the rest is history.
Having helped so many people obtain their dreams, whether it be a first home, an investment property, downsizing after the kids have left or upgrading due to more kids, customer after customer have commented on the unrivalled customer service we have provided and indeed a majority of our work comes from referrals from these customers we consider as friends. It simply does not get any better than knowing that you did such a good job, with what is nearly always the most expensive decision a person makes in life, that they felt happy to recommend their friends and family to you.
