Jim and Ruth Jacobs: The team of Jim and Ruth Jacobs are not only successful real estate professionals, they have been equally successful in life. Both are innovators, adventure seekers and world travelers. When it comes to real estate, experience counts. But it’s not just experience that matters, life experience can be equally important.

Jim spent years in Alaska, working as a training supervisor for Arco. He has also lived and worked in China. He is a licensed pilot and Maritime captain who has had his real estate license since 1977 and a broker’s license since 1979.

Ruth is also a licensed pilot who co-holds the record for flying around the world in a single-engine airplane, landing on all seven continents. She ran a gravel pit while Jim was on North Slope. Ruth received her real estate license in 1976 and broker’s license in 1978.

Both have been involved in all aspects of the real estate industry from working with buyers and sellers to running their own office and from project development to building. For the past five years, the pair has called North Palm Beach their port of call. Both have learned one thing very well -- customer service is the best way to market real estate. They spend the time to find out their customer’s need and wants, counsel, research and help with information for the customer to make the best decisions. They will go the extra mile for you to have a seamless transition.

JIm and Ruth have invested in and are part of a new Real Estate office, Quantum One Realty. Jim is broker of the new office.
